ARAMEX shocking service

Outrageous service and broken promises. Was expecting a delivery withTracking Number: *** on the 21 of December 2020. Received notification that Parcel has left the warehouse and enroute to my address. Waited and waited but no parcell was delivered. In the evening recueved an SMS and Email to the effect that the parcell has been delivered at my Home address.

I was at Home. No article was delivered. My parcell is still missing. Called Aramex after holding forever call answered then transfers and placed on hold for more than 12 minutes. Then cut off. Was able to eventually to get through. Told they.will speak to driver and get back to me. No one got back to me. Called again told some one will get back to me by 12h00. No one called back. Called again told someone is working on it and will get back to me now now. 2 and half hours later no call back. Called again told they are working on it and will get back to before end of business on the 23 December. At 18h42 long past end of business no parcell no feedback other that empty and unfulfilled promises. I do not understand How anyone with basic literary can and with GPS can delivery at a wrong address. A simpler phone call to me would have prevented this whole mess
