Aramex Shipping Shock

Shocking service from aramex.

Alleged truck of theirs got hijacked, and the website shows no update of this after 6 days. Contacted the company I purchased from (Nike), according to them Aramex hasn't provided any correspondence. No correspondence provided related to the lost shipment has been provided in writing to either the seller or purchaser (myself). Shocking customer service.
