Aramex shipping does not deliver packages or communicate delays

My package has arrived in SA and been cleared, it was supposed to have arrived on the 29th of April 2022 to Polokwane and still nothing. Can aramex just contact me so I can go fetch it myself at their premises because it seems like I will wait until kingdom comes.
