Aramex (shein order)

Aramex is the worst, it doesn't even deserve a star. I ordered from shein on the 10th/10/2021 by 20th/10/2021parcel was in SA. On the 30th I Recieved customs invoice and I paid the same day.. I tried calling them on the 10th of Nov to ask if I could pick it up by my self since it takes forever and they said customers are not allowed at the airport, it's the 16th of Nov today and I still haven't received my parcel and there is no update on the website at all
