Aramex Services Sucks

I have rated Aramex services with one star, however they don't deserve this at all!!

On Monday 06.07.2020, Aramex collected a package from Krugersdorp for delivery in Bredell Kempton Park. Today is 10.07.2020 and I still haven't received the package. I spent 1 hour and 45 min trying to phone them on *** at the Cape Town Branch and eventually spoke to Rowina at the call centre to try to sort this out. With no success. She just advised that the system state that the address is not visible. My address is clearly on the wall with yellow reflector vinyl and there is a palm tree and a sun painted on the wall. Strange enough the driver was in front of my gate for a few seconds and before i could leave my stoep, the driver left. This happened twice!! Strange enough, they also have my contact number on the waybill, so my question to you is, why didn't the driver contact me, but instead he just left. I tried several times to phone the JHB Branch on ***, but they don't even answer the phones. I am so frustrated. I really am so disappointed in their services. I need this to be resolved asap, as i need my packet for one of my clients. Please help me?
