ARAMEX Services are Worst in South Africa

Hi,<br> <br> I am frustrated with Aramex services. I am almost crying just because of this people. Due to the problems between Aramex India and Aramex South Africa, now this has became my problem. My parcel arrived in the country but the worth of that parcel is not even 1000 rands and Aramex made me in situation to pay 3000 rands which is not fair at all. looks like Aramex wants to do favor to SA government because they want to run the businesses in South Africa. How can I pay the customs for the personal stuff and which is not even brand new ones. that is excess luggage from our last visit to India and I do have all my travel tickets to proove. I will circulate this on social networking sites and I wont recommend anyone to Aramex in future. Aramex is bull ****. You dont know importance of customer. I will circulate the same to my friends and family.<br> <br> <br> Regards,
