Aramex service, what service......

Service, what service........purchased an item online for my kids for Christmas on the 20 December 2018 from the western Cape to be couriered to Johannesburg on the 24 December 2018, just in time for Christmas.....well Aramex was and is the weak link, it’s now 18h00 on the 27 December 2018 and still no parcel. Phoned them at 11h42 today (27 Dec 18) only to be told that the parcel was out for delivery on the 24 December 2018 but they didn’t get to deliver it, but they said the parcel is out for delivery today and we should receive it before 17h00 today, I asked if they could track the vehicle and give me a more accurate ETA but the lady said no they can’t do that.............it’s now 18h02 and still no delivery. Aramex your customer service is non existent and I will not be using your paid for services again, you are pathetic
