Aramex service terrible

I'm extremely disappointed with Aramex service. Still waiting for a courier that should have delivered on the 20th of June. Still stuck in customs due to error on their side but no matter what they promise or escalate nothing happens. I call or email every couple of days but no responses or feedback. The items were for a very specific purpose for a specific date and now will not arrive in time.
