Aramex - service issues

Long history of really poor service, especially there shop and ship division.... They're truly something else. They wouldn't allow Amazon to fetch a parcel sent from Amazon.com which I wanted to return, and the comms were truly something special.... But I actually want to complain about Aramex South Africa, they tried to deliver a parcel today, never called me, but I was not there...... So now I want to inform them that I'm away until the 3rd January but I can't since the contact us page gives a URL not found error.... So now I suppose they will just have to waste their own time trying to deliver it again and again until I'm back from leave.....
