Aramex service is disgusting

<p>A package of mine arrived in South Africa last Thursday 04/05/2017. I needed to pay customs so Aramex said that they will send me an invoice.</p> <p> </p> <p>Despite numerous calls to Aramex, the invoice was never sent to me. And...it's not easy to get to the right department. I keep getting transferred from person to person.</p> <p> </p> <p>We pay high costs for courier so that we can receive the items quickly.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have made payment on 11/05/2017 and there is still no sign of the package.</p> <p> </p> <p>Disgusting service!!!!</p>
