Aramex service is at the standard of the SA Post Office

Aramex is competing with the post office for poor service quality. Waiting 11 days for to ship a package from CT to Jhb. Apparently it has been in Jhb since 4 December with no updates since (now 11 Dec). Called their helpline - and it seems they are completely clueless as to why there is a delay. I don't know why companies use these clowns.
