ARAMEX service complaint

Took more than one week to deliver my parcel. Spoke to call centre and post net frequently. My address was captured in correctly. I corrected the address 5 times!! I was promised callbacks and they never happened. The tracking on Aramex did not move. The parcel was delivered so late - and has bad business repercussions for me.
