ARAMEX = **** SERVICE

On 15 January I got an email stating the parcel has just been handed over to Aramex from Q-Photo. I phoned Aramex and they advised they did not receive the parcel as yet as drivers only collect in the evening. Now as per tracking number they tried to deliver on 15 January which is BULL! I am home daily, the entire day, no one phoned me to state they are at the gate or anything! EXTREME POOR SERVICE I WOULD SAY! Continue phoning every single day because now all of a sudden the PTA branch never collected the parcel - UNPROFESSIONAL - FIRE THAT PERSON! Phoned yesterday and confirmed parcel will be delivered on 20 Jan (today). It's now 11:25 I was holding for a manager for 17 min and 10 seconds and they reckon none are available! Held for Anandi but apparently Anandi is on Skype calls. Aramex is USELESS!!
