Aramex service

I have been waiting for my parcel,which i urgently needed for the past 4 days,when i call them to check they tell me i would receive the parcel before end of day as its out on delivery,but till now 4days later im still waiting.A guy called me on friday night to say he has my parcel and was asking for directions but he never pitched..if i track it online,it shows no movement since 06h00 on the 2nd of March..Im sitting here with disappointed clients all because Aramex people are keeping my parcel and not doing their job,im just heartbroken right now
