Aramex se foot

I wanted to send some items via Aramex South Africa, it's been 2 weeks since the shipment is on its way to the destination. When I call them,they say they can't locate the shipment but according to their tracking system,it left the sorting facility on the 13th of April and it was stuck since..

They can't refund me because apparently they aren't liable for any losses

Never using it again..I'm *** ****ed
