Aramex ****

I dropped my parcel with Aramex. It is 99, but now I am told my parcel is opened or not sealed. It was sealed when I dropped it. Now they send a message to say I should fetch it from their office or pay extra 599 to post. I am confused as this is not the first time using them?? Is this 99 a **** to lure us into using them and later will open your parcel and reqoute you again? A very bad service!!
