Aramex Sandton South Africa inefficiency at it highest order 😠😠😠😠😠😠!!!!!!!!!!

Aramex has very poor inefficient service,I paid my clearance money 15 days ago and till yesterday my order not arrived,I phoned them and they hung up ,I whassap they they say they wait for the agent and they never come back to you. They send me a message this morning to say my order is being delivered and now I get a message from Shein saying that my phone number and address is wrong how come yet Aramex sent me a message notifying me that they are delivering .

I hate Aramex Sandton South Africa because the workers are not doing they job ,they are taking short cuts , Management is doing nothing about it for years.I believe my order never left the warehouse they just sent messages that they could not reach the client,when I get to the office I will need to see the manager so that he can track the driver who was delivering my order and he must prove that he phoned me and was indeed at my location. Shein cancel your contract with Aramex because they are not delivering for what they signed for . Buffalo is the best courier service for Shein in South Africa look at the reviews for Aramex everyone is experiencing this. Aramex must be voted out from Shein contract they are ruining the image of a good company for so long nothing has been done. IT'S UNACCEPTABLE 😠😠😠😠🙁
