aramex sandton poor service delivery

Waiting for a parcel last friday. System shows Out for Delivery. and then i called in Customer Care.. to ask status of the parcel and updated the delivery address as well. I have confirmed also my phone number with the agent. Waited the whole day... did not get the parcel and no one even bothered calling me.. just to inform me it cannot be delivered. I have also used the chat in whastapp.. agent says there was no problem with the address.. and it will be ship that day. I called in again... saturday. someone at aramex phone me.. and apologize .. open a ref case. parcel will be deliver on tuesday. now i checked the status and ask agent on chat... my parcel will take 1-3 days more. what the heck Aramex.. your service is really poor. escalated the issue and still you want the customer to wait for a few more days to get his item. so unprofessional.
