USELESS, if I could give less than 1 star I would! Your inability to make sure that the website works, non answering of calls, then if one gets through, NO return calls or updates, a carrier ***eon would be more efficient! Bottom line is we will not be using your services for business or personal shipments EVER again. Not one of your agents even knows where the parcel is! Shocking! And don't even try use COVID as an excuse, we are in the service game as well and we make plans! Shocking service and attitude!
