Dear Aramex

I've dealt with your delivery lady, Mrs Elmarie Vermaak, on various occasions when she delivered my Aloe Ferox packages in Pretoria.

She is always fast and even sometimes I get my delivery on Saturday already or late on a Friday afternoon when other guys would not even worry. She always let's met know she is on her way and makes sure there is someone home before she delivers.

Thank you for her exceptional and friendly service. She gives Aramex a friendly and professional name and face which I will always value when I think of Aramex! I think she should provide training to other delivery persons on great, prompt service and customer care!
