Aramex SA Pathetic service

For the second time this month, Aramex South Africa has botched my deliveries. The first one took two and half weeks to get from Jhb to Pretoria, they kept rescheduling and saying they could not get access to my house. Now Ihave another, from a different sender, I received the sms to say it will come before 12, and have just received another to say it's been rescheduled because they cant get hold me in, meantime, I have been working from home all day. Pathetic!!
