ARAMEX S.A - Package Disappeared

Order number*** I have sent numerous emails querying when delivery will take place, no reply at all. Shocking to think that it takes a package double the time from OR Tambo to my house (10km) compared from China Via Dubai to South Africa. I will never ever order anything again if ARAMEX does the clearance and delivery. I am starting to think that I have been ****** and ARAMEX lost my package.
