I sent a parcel to North West on the 27th of August until today your driver is refusing to deliver saying is far and asking the recipient to meet him in town. His number is ***, this driver is busy harassing my customer and I called Gauteng office they said they will deal with it and up until now nothing happens. We pay you to deliver our parcels but you just accept money and never deliver. Aramex SA is nonsense and **** they want money only and never deliver, their drivers are very rude.
