ARAMEX-SA is a ****!

The worst service one can ever receive! I waited for my order to be shipped from 21st of July to this date. The agents are so clueless! That phone call is jst a waste, you wait an hour only to be told I'll escalate the matter to the supervisor! When you phone again 3 days later! "The person you spoke to in not on duty so I don't know Wat going on" maybe I made 7 of those calls with that answer! Then finally August 15 I asked for a refund bcz I haven't received my parcel. Shein refunded the amount for the order. So I phoned aramex again, now for a shipment refund. I was directed to the credit department (supervisor) (***) she understood and apologized for inconvenience made saying the money had not been reflecting but how when different agents have been confirming that they can I have paid for the delivery on 21st July 2022! but as soon as I asked for a refund she ignored me to this date
