NEVER USE ARAMEX FOR ANYTHING

I've been waiting for my parcel for almost a month and they just sent an invoice for duties R953+ a penalty I don't deserve of R750 which makes R1703 total for a parcel worth R1600. What the hell! These people are ******** and I let them keep the parcel. They required an invoice from my supplier + my bank statement and I sent both. When I asked for a review, they wanted me to pay R160 first as if I'm the one who didn't do the job properly in the inspection
