Aramex SA - I don't know how to further express my dissatisfaction with the service

Shocking service from Aramex SA this is a global brand . Customer care line takes ages to answer . Parcel was delivered to incorrect address . I was promised the parcel would be recollected and delivered - was given a date and time . This was not done . Still awaiting investigation and feedback from Durban branch . I rather use other reliable courier companies for my parcels to SA . Even the rating score of 1 is too high for Aramex SA .
