Aramex SA - Dishonest tracking updates and zero delivery attempts

Dishonest tracking updates and zero delivery attempt - Aramex keep updating the tracking information on my parcel saying my offices are closed despite this being false information. I have also not received any calls in this regard and when I contact them on WhatsApp I keep getting told they are experiencing high call volumes and an agent will contact me soon.
