Aramex SA can't make JHB-BFN in double the time they took to do China-JHB

I have to give Aramex one star. I imported goods, and it went super slick from China via Dubai to Johannesburg in four days. Once it was here though, there was simply zero progress. I called in daily, was promised the needed paper work every time, but nothing came out. Eventually, I made a personal visit to the depot in JHB, and only then I got reaction to start the customs clearance process. I took three working days to get the package to me. I shiver to think how I would battle if I was confined to a phone line only. WOW! These oaks are really pathetic compared to DHL and TNT that I always use.
