Aramex SA cant even track waybill

A package was sent to me on the 19th June 2019 and since than I couldn't track it via they online tracking app.I called Aramex customer service on the 20th June 2019 and even they couldn't track it.This morning(24th June 2019) they told me its handed over to they concerned team.thats not good enough.Aramex SA I want answers Asap!!!!!
