Worst courtier company I have ever come across.

I dropped off my parcel on the 11th December 2025 at pnp woodmead, a week later I followed up on that delayed WhatsApp number for an update as the website was not updated . The lady informed me that the parcel was not collected and will be collected that Thursday afternoon. Contacted them again on the monday , they said the parcel was still not collected as they experiencing festive delays . Followed up again on the 24th December , where they informed my parcel was lost and was provided a case number . Today is the 6th of Jan with me continously following up and no update has been provided. Im utterly annoyed and would never ever recommend Aramex nor use them again
