Aramex SA bad service

I am in awe of the level of incompetence!!! Wow! So your website is **** number 1.. giving false updates.. my package has been at the destinations facility for the longest time.. i call, i get transferred more than 3 times and finally they transfer me to customs.. this is after your site had cleared my parcel.. NOW they send me a mail requesting some other person to send me the invoice.. so youre telling me that my parcel was just marinating there, no communication whatsoever..! Yall should definitely take service delivery tips from Buffalo logistics.. i never had a single issue with them. I am so disappointed in Aramex SA.
