Aramex SA bad bad service provider

I’m so disappointed by the standard of service I received from Aramex. I ordered goods from Nike Netherlands beginning of this month. Nike was quick to handover the goods to Aramex. The expected delivery date was two days ago. Mind you they’ve kept my goods since 13 December 2023 till today I have not heard from them. I called them to rather fetch the goods myself from their warehouse that too is a hassle. They promised to call me back by COB today. Time now is 19h00. What’s frustrating is that I’m leaving the province this weekend and may never receive my order! So pathetic.
