Aramex SA

This is the second time I need to receive a package from Aramex SA... and its a urgent one. The first time I was sent a package via Aramex, I NEVER received it.. It was important documenys never to be see again. To get hold of anyone at any office is a complete nightmare! And if you lucky enough someone should pick up, they will just transfer you call which again wont be answered. Bloemfontein is the worst as you never get through... i have also tried cape town and JHB... to no avail... I've send emails now as well so I will see if I have any luck there which I doubt. I just want to know when I will receive my parcel that was send 5 days ago! How dufficult can it be? Dont use these guys... they will frustrate you to hell and back.
