Aramex SA

My word the worsr experience that I've had with this courier company to date I still am waiting for my parcel that keeps being sent from aramex to agent agent to driver back to agent then back to aramex cycle. It's been 2weeks I still have not received my parcel and Noone seems to know why my number doesn't se to go through when the delivery guy comes however when the agents and the aramex themselves call they are able to reach me. I'm so exhausted
