Aramex SA

I'm very disappointed in Aramex's service. Its actually frustrating. My parcel arrived in SA over 3 weeks ago and i still haven't got it. Just the other day i called them and enquired about my parcel then they said they'll get back to me on Thursday, today is Friday and still not a word from them. They are just useless, very ***********. I think SHEIN should give us an option as to which shipping service we want.
