Aramex *****s from it's clients

I had a very painful experience with Aramex. I sent my parcel with the stock worth R7000 to my sister in Cape Town in November 2021. They delievered the wrong parcel and collected it but I never received my parcel nor be refunded until today. Many people are crying tears because of Aramex. My sister's parcel (Christmas clothes) never reached the destination as well.
