Aramex Rustenburg poor service.

I would like to let you know that the Rustenburg branch is really really giving bad service. Each time my parcel from Shein is being shipped, they claim they cannot get hold of me. Funny thing is, I work from home. They have delivered x2 parcels in the last x2 months to me. How can they claim they cannot get hold of me, when they do not even call me. Once is fine. But now it's becoming a habit.
