Aramex rude and unprofessional

I am so so frustrated with Aramex. I bought things out of SA. I was the one doing follow up but they send invoices for me to pay . Then it went to junk box only see it after 7days ....Now this lady from customer service tell me that my parcel was moved to storage need to pay R5000. We trying to make a living and Aramex take last cent and be rude.
