Aramex rude and bad service

I had to have received a parcel on the 16th of September according to their tracking, of which I didn't receive. Yesterday I called the customer service in Joburg they told me that the delivery was on its way I'll get it before the end of business yesterday. I called them 3 times before 17h00,i was told that the driver would contact me of which he never did. Today in the morning I called Polokwane again, the guy was soo rude to me as if I was wrong for tracking on my parcel. *** is the number I called.
