The worst part of any service is the lack of concern, yes we know its just a job, but when your package gets ****** and or damaged nobody from the support agent to middle mamanment gives a sh$t, we paying for the service and if we don't use your service you dont have a business and or staff have a job.... so start by fixing your customer service and get rid of the tokens in your business. ******* service, ******* staff. Never again and people dont use ****Aramex ever. Better choices than Aramex.
