Aramex Repeatedly Delaying My Packages and Ignoring My Queries

I am extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received from Aramex. My international package has once again been “randomly selected for customs inspection,” just like the last time I used them. This constant excuse has now caused serious delays — what should take about 3 weeks ends up taking 3 months! To make matters worse, the person handling my clearance, Lebogang Moifa, has completely stopped responding to my emails after I sent through everything she requested. Aramex is unreachable, and there is zero communication or accountability from their side. It feels like my shipments are being unfairly flagged every time, and I no longer trust this courier. This is the worst experience I’ve had with a shipping company — unprofessional, unreliable, and frustrating beyond words. All I want is an update, transparency, and proper service for what I’ve already paid for.
