Aramex R99 bags are now useless!

Never had problems like this before! Instead of making things convenient you guys have gone out of your way to make sending Aramex parcels INCONVENIENT! Where is the slip inside the bags?! Now I have to get some app and scan stuff???! Wasted R200 on 2 bags I can't even use or get a refund for. Guess will just be using PAXI from here on.
