Aramex Promises

I ordered an article from America through Amazon who informed me that delivery would be on 16 August 2018. The package did not arrive. I contacted Aramex RSA on 17 August, who informed me that the package arrived with them on 06 August already, but she is not sure why it hasn't been released. She then said that she is sending a release note through and that delivery would be in 2 to 3 working days. On 22 August I contacted Aramex again and I was told that delivery would be on the morning of 23 August. Today is 23 August and at 13:00 still no package. I called again and was told that they are waiting for SARS clearance and they will deliver whenever that happens!!!!
