Aramex / Postnet Non-Delivery for Express Shipment

We had been dealing with Aramex with regards to opening an account. They took forever to collect the papers to just see if we could qualify for an account, they kept telling us they would collect, each day with me reminding them to still come past to collect. We then sent a parcel via Postnet Edenvale who are also part of Aramex for an urgent overnight Express delivery from Johannesburg to Cape Town on the 6th November. On 8th November our client has still not received the parcel. We had used the tracking to see where our parcel was, and it showed it was still sitting at the Aramex warehouse in Johannesburg. Their numbers just ran, so we eventually had to drive all the way to their warehouse to collect the parcel and arrange through another courier.
