Aramex Port Elizabeth branch worse exp ever

I sent my I'd on the 24th October and still my parcel is not delivered in pe. Worst off all port Elizabeth branch has not phoned me ones to give me any feedback when I phone in they say they will phone me in 10min but never do. This is the worse experience ever. Waible numb DBP ********** 1266
