Aramex poorest service ever.Never use them.

I have been calling Aramex Kimberley for the last 2 months just to get a quote from them.The lady at reception Anandi is clueless about what she is doing and just lack customer services skills.Now every time I call she is just not interested in helping me as a customer.I will never ever do business with Aramex again as their 1st point of call is useless.The less said about the manager the better because she just never gets back 2 you.They just lost a client and I will never refer anyone to them in future.Courier guy here I come.
