Aramex poor service,parcel not delivered

Im not happy with aramex poor service,I have post courier a parcel last week Tuesday from polokwane to Carlentoville never delivered from the client till today ,but their saying 24hours service

When I call customer service their telling me about wrong route which is not my problem and parcel going to be delivered tomorrow
