Aramex poor service /no service

How can it take so long for you to deliver a parcel? First it was at your Sandton /Johannesburg facility for days without movement. Then for 2 days at your Bloemfontein branch on 18 November it showed it was back at Johannesburg facility and today 19 November its back in Bloemfontein. Bloemfontein says it will be delivered on Monday. Your fb team says it shows its out for delivery today Friday 19 November. I will definitely not recommend you as courier company to anybody. No 2 persons story is the same and I've been sitting waiting for my parcel the whole day and now will have to do the same on Monday and just hope it arrives. I can't complain about your service because there is no service
