Aramex - Poor Service Delivery

Aweful delivery service!!!

Instructed Aramex to call me when the driver arrives at my address, because I live in a complex, the driver completely disregards this instruction on day one and sends a message that delivery has attempted and failed. I called the contact centre and they told me the driver has moved on however he/she will revert back before the end of the day, again no call or even a message. With this I can only assume the driver just disregarded my delivery for the day even though I'm a customer.

Called the contact centre again this morning only to be told that there was no log of my request from yesterday. I've received another message that the delivery has been attempted and failed.

Why can't you follow simple instructions, I honestly don't think you guys are amateurs at this however your drivers are leaving a lot to be desired at the moment. This is my first time using Aramex and likely the last.
