Aramex - poor service and non-existent customer assistance/tracking assistance

Worst courier company in South Africa. It has been two weeks since I shipped a parcel and still not delivered. Customer service line keeps cutting off and requests for a call back on their online system are ignored. I will not use Aramex again. This is my third bad experience with them. I have never had a problem with Courier Guy and will be sure to use them in future.
